Home-made chicken liver pate with black pepper butter, toasted bacon and onion bread, broadside chutney

Lowestoft smoked mackerel with warm potato salad, wild rocket, olive oil croustard

Warm salad of shredded ham hock, fresh peas, spring onion with mustard dressing

Greek style salad with goat’s cheese, sundried tomato, black olives, yogurt and mint dressing

Mains

Revetts Suffolk Gammon Steak with lyonnaise potatoes, creamed spinach and fried free range egg

Home-made beef burger with hand cut chips, pickles, onion mayonnaise relish, and garden salad

Sweet chilli marinated crayfish and crusty bread

Pan fried fillet of halibut with sauté potatoes, red peppers and roasted fennel

Seared escalope’s of Loch Durat Salmon with pesto linguini, roast cherry tomatoes, ruby chard and finished with crème fraiche

Char-grilled Polenta with roasted Mediterranean vegetables, crumbled goats cheese, balsamic syrup
