The party menu is available for groups of 4 or more. We are able to cater for large groups. Weekends we will only be able to cater for groups of 10 or more. A pre-order is required one week before the event. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Starters

Smoked salmon with a golden beetroot, shaved fennel and clementine salad

Deopham Blewe cheese mousse with mulled poached pear, chicory and pickled walnuts

Wild boar pate with an apple, date and tamarind chutney and toasted sour dough

Creamy parsnip, Chestnut and leek soup with sage oil

Mains

Roast Turkey breast, leg croquette, duck fat roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, stuffing, and pan gravy

Feather-blade of beef, horseradish Dauphinoise, Bordelaise sauce (baby onion, bacon and red wine) and kale

Baked cod with a herb and parmesan crust, mash potato, creamed sprout tops and chestnuts

Baked Camembert & cranberry pastry Galette served with a Waldorf salad

Christmas pudding cheesecake with brandy butter ice-cream

Classic apple strudel with cinnamon, clove and nutmeg ice-cream

Chocolate and salted caramel torte with Chantilly cream and a winter berry compote
